buyboba.com Order Processing Policy

Your order is always processed the same business day, where business days are and only are Monday-Friday, 9:30am-1:00pm. That means that all orders received after 1:00pm on a weekday are processed the following weekday. Some orders may take longer than one day to process, given both internal and external factors. If you are concerned about your order's arriving by a certain date, please call 888-MY-BOBA-T or email us at support@buyboba.com before you order.

Some orders are placed for items that are on backorder. There is a lag time, sometimes as great as forty-eight hours, between our virtual inventory updating to match our physical inventory. That means that you may receive a backorder notice after your order is received. You will have the choice to cancel or hold your order in processing until it arrives at our warehouse. Some items on backorder require the charging of a credit card prior to shipping, in order to "hold" that order for the customer once it comes back into our physical inventory. We will alert you if this is the case.

Your card will usually be charged at least 3 hours prior to your order being shipped.

For every and only those orders that will be shipped to the lower 48 contiguous states in the United States and for all those and only those orders that are shipped standard Ground: all orders are charged exact shipping cost. If we shipped your order standard Ground from our warehouse, then you can expect it to arrive no later than five business days beginning with the first business day after your order was shipped. However, that time may vary given FedEx Ground conditions in your area. It may come on a Saturday, if FedEx Home or Ground has Saturday delivery in your area. And, all Home/Ground shipments may be delivered without signature unless you specify signature delivery. Furthermore, in most areas, Home or Ground delivery does not operate on Mondays. Finally, in some rare cases, FedEx loses or damages a package. If you suspect that this has happened, or if you have not received your order within the standard five business days, please contact us.

Whatever part or your order was drop-shipped has a distinct tracking number from the part of the order shipped from our warehouse. We can provide the additional tracking number to you. If you are uncertain if part of your order will be drop shipped, please contact us prior to ordering.

If you placed an order for two day express shipment, then you can expect it in exactly two business days, beginning with the first business day after your order was shipped. If you placed an order for two day express, we may, at our discretion, upgrade you, but only with an email notification, to standard overnight.

If you placed an order for standard overnight, then you may expect your order on whatever business day immediately follows the business day upon which your order was shipped.

We email the FedEx or UPS tracking number for your package to the email address we were given for your order. You receive the email address when or soon after your order ships. Until you receive this email with the tracking id, your order is in "processing".

If you did not get an email from us, or have lost or erased that email, please contact us with your order id in the subject heading, and a request for your tracking number in the body of the email, and we will send you your tracking number to the email address that you indicate in the body of the email that you send us.

buyboba.com does offer a cancellation and return policy on all of its products.

Cancellation Process

Sometimes a customer wants to cancel an order that s/he already placed. You may cancel your order only if you send a cancellation request to support@buyboba.com prior to 1:00 pm the same business day that your order was placed. In the email, please write the words: CANCEL ORDER ID X, where X equals your order id. If you do not have your order ID, we may be able to locate your order in time for cancellation if you include the email address and first and last name that you included in the "sold to" section of your order. If your order is successfully cancelled, we will email you a cancellation confirmation.

Return Process

Items shipped can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Please email support@buyboba.com to initiate your refund request. Your 30 days time limit will be between the time you originally receive your item and the time you initiate your refund request via email. If we receive your refund request outside of this 30 day time limit, your return request will be denied.

If there was a problem or a defect with the product, we will provide for the shipping label, which you can simply apply to the return item. You can drop off your return item to any authorized FedEx drop off center. If you are returning for other reason, you will be responsible for the shipping cost back to us. We will provide for the shipping instructions once you email us with your refund request.

Once we receive your returned item and your refund is approved, it will take up to 3 business days to process your refund back to the original method of payment.

If the returned item is defective or problematic, or if there was any misrepresentation of the product, we will be responsible for the return shipping cost. For all other reasons, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
